Chevrons / VEE Packing
A chevron stack is usually made up of three components. These are the top (female), center (vee), and bottom (male). The chevrons supplied by Rocket Seals are made of nitrile rubber reinforced fabric. A metal top and bottom piece is sometimes utilized, in this case only the center pieces are replaced.
