	Capped Piston T Seals CPS Capped Piston T Seals, are a heavy duty double - acting assembly, the capped piston T-seal exhibits excellent sealability, extrusion resistance and wearabiltiy. T-sals with "BR" suffix utilize a bronze Filled PTFE cap instead of the standard Glass Filled PTFE cap. Material : PTFE Cap, Nylon Back-up, Rubber energizer. 	PS1400 Glass Filled PTFE Piston Seals This seal offers low friction and high strength in a compact double - acting piston seal design. The PTFE seal ring, combined with rubber energizer, assures positive contact with the dynamic surface. The PS 1400 is designed to fit ANSI/B93.32-1973 groove standards. Piston diameter "F" dimensions are given for pistons without wear rings. Material: 15% Glass Filled PTFE seal, rubber energizer. 	PS 2470 Bronze Filled PTFE Piston Seals Molded from a PTFE base material with 40% bronze and machined to exacting tolernaces. This seal produces low friction and high strength. Corners are chamfered for cold flow resistance. 	PS1800 Glass Filled Piston Seals The PS 1800 provides low friction, high strength piston sealing. 	PS 2700 Polyurethane Piston Seals These seals are molded from a high grade polyester with 5% glass fiber and 5% PTFE, may retrofit the PS 1800 seals, considering all dimensions are comprable. The seal material has a high degree of "memory", stretches over the piston and snaps in the groove assembly. These seals also feature low friction and high abraision and extrusion resistance which helps to eliminate assembly damage. Piston diameter "F" dimensions are given for pistons without wear rings. 	PSC Piston Seals This style is a double acting piston seal designed to replace o-rings, quad rings, and T-seals with the same groove dimensions (O-ring dash number). Back up rings may be added to either or both sides of the PSC to accomadate wider groove widths. Made from a 90A Durometer polyurethane, gives it a high extrusion and abrasion resistance. The crowned sealing surface produces a positive seal from vacuum to high pressure. We also offer a "wide base" (WB) style PSC piston seal. They eliminate the need to use back-up rings. Note: Piston diameter "F" dimensions are without wear rings. 	PSQ Bronze Filled Piston Seals These piston seals provide bi-directional, low friction sealing with increased stability and superior leakage control. The square cut energizer provides low pressure sealing and eliminates backside leakage. This seal also effectively seals between different fluids on each side of the piston seal, making gas/liquid sealing combinations possible.
