DPU style is an unloaded U-seal for piston applications. These are unloaded, meaning that there is a gap between the inner and outer lips allowing for greater flexibility. They can withstand pressure up to 6,000 psi (if the diameter gap is small enough), temperatures from -65 to 230°F, and speeds of 3 ft/sec. Standard or Imperial sizes come in fractions of an inch.
