1850 series are bronze filled piston seals with a rubber energizer. The 1850 series is interchangable with the 1800 series. Designed for low friction and high strength in a double-acting seal. It can withstand a temperature range of -40 to +220 F, a presure range of 0 to 5,000 psi, with a speed of 12 ft/second.
