How are parts shipped?
A:
We ship via common carrier, typically via UPS and pass through the shipping cost. If you have accounts with UPS or FedEx of other carriers, we will ship it collect. We also ship overseas and by LTL as required.

If I order today, can I get the parts tomorrow?
A:
Yes, We ship out the same day and if you specify next day, we will ship overnight or by any date specific available via common carrier. Just let us know.
Q:
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
A:
Typically, there is a $25 minimum on orders although in some cases, we require line item minimums or other pricing arrangements. A $10 minimum applies to many orders that are faxed or emailed to us that specify the exact part number and/or a full part order description. Value added services can be priced into the unit part price or priced separately as a line item, at your direction.

Absolutely. Rocket specializes in sourcing any sealing part or we can have it specially manufactured. We will find the exact part you need for your application.
